Pradeep Batra
In 1982 Pradeep co-founded Unique Business Systems based on the commitment to provide the highest quality software products and support to clients. This commitment allowed UBS to grow to over 80 employees with 3 offices in North America. UBS currently sells and supports inventory management, asset tracking and scheduling software products to three different vertical markets: Video Rentals, Photo Processing and Equipment and General Rental.
Prior to starting UBS, Pradeep worked in several positions at Atlantic Richfield for 8 years. In his last position as Planning Consultant in the Corporate Planning group, he worked to prepare the long range capital spending and revenue plans. Outside his professional career, Pradeep is also active in the LA community.
As a leader for the Society of India America, he works to organize community service events including fund raising for organizations like Meals on Wheels and the American Cancer Society. Pradeep graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in 1968 with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. He also has a Ph.D. in Operations Research with minors in Economics and Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1975. While working at ARCO he also taught two classes at the UCLA business school as a guest lecturer.

Rama Radhakrishnan
Rama Radhakrishnan is a Managing Director at Ariba, a leading provider of enterprise solutions, software and services. He focuses on helping Fortune 500 companies realize rapid and sustainable bottom line results.
Rama was a Senior Partner at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC Consulting) before joining Ariba in 2003. While at CSC, he led their Manufacturing and Consumer Goods Consulting Practice and was responsible for delivering information technology and supply chain solutions to global companies. Prior to joining CSC in 1996, he was responsible for managing Oracle Consulting Practice at Price Waterhouse Coopers (C&L) delivering enterprise solutions for large companies across many industry verticals. Before embarking on a consulting career, he held increasingly responsible positions in information technology and supply chain management areas at Teradata, Redken (L’Oreal) and Max Factor (Procter & Gamble) and served as Chief Information Officer at Tekelec.
Rama has a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University.

Gautam M. Shah

Randhir S. Tuli
Mr. Tuli has been active in the Southern California healthcare industry since 1991. He has shown a successful, long-term track record of identifying and building value in healthcare ventures.
In 1993, Mr. Tuli acquired and grew a physical therapy company which was later sold to Beverly Enterprises, a subsidiary of Matrix Healthcare. In 1998, Mr. Tuli co-founded Specialty Surgical Centers, a leading operator of multi-specialty ambulatory surgical centers (“ASCs”) located in Southern California. Acting as the Managing Partner, he grew the company to several centers throughout Southern California averaging 36,000 cases per year with more than 140 physician/surgeon partners and annual revenues of over $38 million. In August of 2005, Specialty Surgical Centers was acquired by Symbion Healthcare (NASDAQ: SMBI)
Recently Mr. Tuli acquired MD Synergy and is acting as Chairman and CEO of the company. The company’s Practice Revenue Optimization (PRO) Solution provides an easy-to-use system that allows physicians to increase practice efficiency, improve operational control, and increase revenue. A web-based, feature-rich offering, PRO Solution streamlines the physician’s front- and back-office processes from patient intake to final collections. The fully integrated components include: Scheduling, Eligibility, Document Management, Transcription Services, EMR, Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Portal, Medical Supply Store, and Consulting Services. Mr. Tuli was recently appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors for the University Of Southern California Care Medical Group Inc.
